Cute and nice hotel, our stay was really comfortable.

The rooms were good-sized, with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing table, exceptionally comfortable bed. We got a bath too. Loved particularly good location, in front of a bus stop.

I stayed at Smile Tower House for a short trip to explore the famous Leaning Tower. The accommodation was perfect for my needs. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, just like the pictures showed. Communication with the friendly Italian host, who spoke fluent English, was easy via mobile. The location couldn't be better, just a few hundred meters from the tower. The bus stop was right across the road, making it convenient to explore the city. The hotel also had a small kitchen and a furnished terrace. an excellent, safe, and budget-friendly choice for solo female travelers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were reasonably good. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk away from all the main attractions in this city. There is also a discount supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, which is great for stocking up on delicious Italian treats. The staff were very welcoming and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and drink. There is also a reasonably priced cafe just 2 minutes away from the hotel that serves delicious food. this hotel is great in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location to the popular landmarks, and access to the nearby supermarket.

The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from major attractions and the bus station. Plus, there was a kitchen available for use and a lovely terrace.

The noise from the road, as the hotel is situated in the middle of an intersection. the lighting in the hallway could be improved for better visibility.

The walls were quite thin and I could hear the noise from the other rooms. This wasn't really the hotel's fault, but it did make it a bit hard to sleep at times.

Stayed in a place where the botanical gardens and a stadium were nearby. And guess what? I didn't even have to stress about parking, there was free public parking. Could life get any better?

Well, I did enjoy being around Piazza Napoleone, which was conveniently 20 km away. Such a shame I didn't get to visit.

had an amazing time at this cozy guesthouse in pisa. super easy to find and close to the bus station. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even letting us leave our belongings after check out. the place was spotless and had a warm vibe. highly recommend it!
